Our coordination services are designed for couples who are looking after the majority of wedding planning elements themselves (ie. their budget, vendor contracting) - but are looking for assistance executing the vision & managing logistics. We work with our clients months in advance of the wedding to understand all the details, people involved & schedule.

The following components are typically included in both our Cozy and Us(ual) wedding offerings:​

• (2) Pre-wedding consultation sessions, (1 may be a venue walk through),

• Welcome & Vendor Guides, plus a wedding planning checklist 

• Timeline creation and/or review, 

• 1 hr Rehearsal attendance if local and desired, (we can also facetime in!)

• Flowers, cake/sweets pickup on the morning of,

• Emergency-kit available for use day of,

• Ceremony and reception décor setup (ie. candles, signage, greenery), and transfer, 

• Liaising with vendors, venue team, and emcee to ensure smooth flow of events throughout ceremony & reception,

• Receipt of wedding certificate from officiant,

• Coordination of wedding party & family members from procession to grand entry & toasts, first dances & everything in between, 

• Light takedown of marriage certificate, welcome table, cards & gifts, signage etc. prior to departure around 10 pm
